For over seven years, Ignite has been known for stone-fired pizza made with dough that goes through 5 days of fermentation. Now we’re taking that same commitment to quality from the pizza oven to the pantry.

Together with Gaia Oliva, we’re launching a premium extra virgin olive oil collection, our first-ever retail product.

From the Aegean Coast to Your Kitchen

The oils are made from early-harvest olives grown on the Aegean coast of Turkey. Each bottle is cold-pressed within hours of harvest to capture the fruit’s full character: a smooth, peppery finish, a vibrant aroma and the depth of flavour found only in true extra virgin olive oil.

“From the start, Ignite has been about using the best ingredients possible, not just for flavour, but for the experience,” says Umut Turnali, founder of Ignite Pizzeria. “Partnering with Gaia Oliva allowed us to bring that same philosophy into a retail product.”

A Classic Extra Virgin for purists, plus four bold infusions:
