Ignite Pizzeria Partners with Gaia Oliva to Launch Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil Collection

VANCOUVER, BC – August 11, 2025 –For over seven years, Ignite Pizzeria has been winning over Vancouver pizza lovers with its signature stone-fired dough, rested for 96 hours for a light and delicious bite. Now, the beloved local brand is taking that same commitment to quality ingredients from the pizza oven to the pantry — partnering with Gaia Oliva to debut a premium extra virgin olive oil collection.

Crafted in collaboration with Gaia Oliva, the oils are made from early-harvest Arbequina olives grown on the sun-drenched Aegean coast of Turkey. Each bottle is cold-pressed within four days of harvest to capture the fruit’s full character — a smooth, peppery finish, vibrant aroma, and depth of flavour only found in true extra virgin olive oil. Rich in polyphenols, these oils aren’t just delicious — they’re naturally antioxidant-rich, heart-healthy, and brimming with culinary possibilities.

The collection includes a Classic Extra Virgin for purists, alongside three bold infusions designed to inspire creativity in the kitchen:

  • Tangerine — bright and citrusy, perfect for seafood or roasted vegetables
  • Lemon — zesty and fresh, a natural pairing for salads and grilled chicken
  • Jalapeño — a gentle heat that elevates pizzas, pastas, and dips
