We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our Mount Pleasant team. The candidate we will select will be able to thrive in a high-paced environment and be a collaborative team leader. This is a full-time, permanent role with competitive pay based on experience, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support front and back-of-house teams
• Be an efficient leader and worker
• Manage staff scheduling and training
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with ownership on business goals and improvement

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Commitment to daily store operations
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Resilient attitude and high work ethic
• Ability to work a combination of days, evenings, and weekends
• Food Safety and Serving It Right certifications (required or willing to obtain)
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
